1. Who we are

FlyBun (flybun.in) is a flight deal alert service for Indian travellers. We monitor international routes from Indian airports and notify subscribers when fares drop significantly below historical averages. FlyBun is operated by Arushi Labs.

2. Information we collect

• Account information — name and email address when you sign in with Google or create an account.
• Preferences — departure airports, travel style, airline exclusions, and deal notification preferences you configure inside the app.
• Watchlist and saved deals — destinations and deals you add to your watchlist or save for later.
• Payment information — when you upgrade to Premium, payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details; we only store your subscription status.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and error logs, collected to improve the service.

3. How we use your information

• To send you flight deal alerts that match your preferences.
• To personalise your deal feed by departure airport and travel style.
• To process and manage your subscription.
• To improve FlyBun — fixing bugs, analysing which features are used, and building new ones.
• To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Alerts and communications

By creating an account, you consent to receiving flight deal alert emails. You can unsubscribe from alerts at any time from the Preferences page inside the app. Transactional emails (receipts, account notices) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong password and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Third-party services

• Google OAuth — for sign-in. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Razorpay — for payment processing. Governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — for database and authentication infrastructure.

7. Your rights

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.
