Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using FlyBun (flybun.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. FlyBun is operated by Arushi Labs.

2. What FlyBun does

FlyBun monitors flight prices on international routes from Indian airports and alerts subscribers when fares are significantly below historical averages. We provide information — we do not sell tickets and are not a travel agent.

3. No guarantee of fares

Flight prices change in real time. By the time you act on an alert, a fare may have changed, sold out, or been corrected by the airline. FlyBun is not responsible for fare unavailability, pricing errors by airlines, or any costs you incur as a result of booking.

Always verify the final price on the airline or booking platform before completing any purchase.

4. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and payments

• FlyBun offers a free tier and a paid Premium tier (monthly or annual billing).
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise the applicable charge.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds — we offer a 7-day refund for annual plans if requested within 7 days of purchase and you have not received material benefit from the subscription. Monthly plans are non-refundable. Email support@flybun.in to request a refund.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access FlyBun data without permission.
• Share your account credentials or Premium access with others.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the service.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and code on FlyBun is the property of Arushi Labs. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

FlyBun is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arushi Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed flights, incorrect bookings, or reliance on deal information.

9. Changes to the service

We may modify, pause, or discontinue any part of FlyBun at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice for significant changes that affect paid subscribers.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
